A little note about internet bookings

As with all internet sites that facilitate people getting together for work or pleasure it is important that you follow some basic steps when making or taking a booking. Voicefinder.biz is designed for initial contact by either mobile phone or email. Once a provisional or pencil booking has been made, the booker should confirm the booking and the agreed fee in writing (email, text message or fax). The confirmation should also include full details including address of the company responsible for paying the voiceover fee. This should be followed up by a correct purchase order to be given to the voiceover artist in advance of the session.

Voiceover artists: always arrange to meet the producer at the recording studio. It is a good idea to double check the validity of the booking with the studio where you are booked. You'll find phone numbers and addresses for most UK studios in the recording studios finder.
