"This website enhances the pool of talent available for voiceover work. It enables artists who may not be signed up with established voiceover agents to highlight their vocal skills, and includes established artists affiliated to agencies that have linked up with this site. Any attempt to offer producers greater choice must deserve full marks for starters.
I dived into the "producers room" and found a lot of generally good advice about the production process.
Could the website find me an appropriate voice though...? Well, choosing an appropriate voiceover is always going to be really subjective. I selected various vocal criteria and was presented several voice options. All contact details are clearly labelled and the quality of the voice samples was excellent. As with all voice clips though, some matched the brief and some were way off beam. As always it's just a matter of searching through.
